PROJECT INFO

The Virtual Transportation Studio is an immersive internal project at KISKA designed to showcase the agency’s multifaceted approach to automotive and transportation design. The film acts as a cinematic exploration of the studio’s "design DNA," bridging the gap between physical craftsmanship—like traditional clay modeling—and high-tech digital innovation. I was responsible for the project’s foundational creative direction, developing the initial animatic and conceiving every shot to ensure a cohesive narrative that captures the high-energy, futuristic environment where KISKA’s transportation concepts come to life.

From a technical standpoint, this project served as a deep dive into pipeline efficiency, as the entire production—from 3D modeling and lighting to the final edit and sound design—was executed within Blender. Leading a lean team of one colleague and an intern, I handled the vast majority of the 3D work, focusing on creating a stylized yet grounded atmosphere that reflects the studio’s professional rigor. By utilizing Blender’s versatile toolset for both the visual creation and the final post-production, I was able to maintain total creative control over the rhythm and soundscape of the piece, resulting in a seamless, one-software solution for a complex industrial visualization.
